Licensed Massage Therapist
I have always wanted a career in healthcare. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, I studied physiology and psychology. I became fascinated with the correlation between the mind and body. In 2015, I graduated from Spectrum Center School of Massage and have been providing medical massage since. I am well versed in sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and postural restoration.
Because we are all one of a kind, each with different histories, obstacles, and goals, I have found practicing a blend of massage techniques to be most effective – customizing each session for you and your unique story. This is also why establishing open communication is highly important to me. My aim is to provide therapeutic massage that is collaborative, goal-oriented, and holistic.
In my spare time I love to read and learn. I am currently studying molecular biosciences as a part-time student. When I’m not studying, I love to be outdoors. Hiking, camping, and quadding are some of my favorite things to do.
