Licensed Massage Practitioner
Having practiced massage therapy for 13 years in a clinic environment, I have come to believe each person and injury are unique to the lifestyle they lie within, and thus the treatment I provide is tailored and balanced individually. Communication with clients is of utmost importance to my practice. Whether a specific technique is helpful and comfortable for the condition present, to whether or not the room is warm enough makes a difference to me. Educating my clients about therapeutic techniques and the anatomy is an integral part of the massage I provide so that we can understand each other and so that you get the most out of your treatment. My career has required me to be creative and explore new ways to help clients realize they have the power to heal themselves. Encouraging them to connect with their goals, and support their journey to wellness so you can get back to the lifestyle you enjoy most. I balance Injury Treatment skills with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy applications and breath work. I am very comfortable working with pregnant clients through any portion of the gestation journey, as well as elderly folks and children.
In my spare time I enjoy supporting Seattle’s music scene, dancing with my friends, hiking, camping, making art, photography and cooking. I run stairs, do yoga and handstands to maintain my strength and creativity.
